1. Return Eligibility
You may return an item if:
- It is returned within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact
- The item is not on sale or marked final sale

2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color variations under the following conditions:

Only one-time exchange per order is allowed

Shipping cost for exchanges will be borne by the customer
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, follow these steps:
Contact Us
Email us at info@primaverafertil.com with your order number, item(s) name, and reason for return or exchange.
Wait for Authorization
Wait for our customer support team to respond with a Return Authorization and instructions.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and ship it back to our return address (provided via email).
Processing
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be:

Issued within 7–10 business days after receiving the item
🚚 Shipping Charges
Not inclusive of shipping charges unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale and discounted items
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without original tags and packaging
